Step 4: Cash Your Check!

Depending on the property, we can get a check to you as quickly as 7 days, but a typical sale takes a few weeks to complete. We will update you periodically so that you know where you are in the closing process and what comes next. At the very end you’ll have a couple of forms to sign to transfer the ownership of the property, then the sale is complete, and you will have a check in your hands!
