How does the Quick Land Solutions selling process work?
Once you contact us for an offer, we will make sure that your land fits the criteria for our land investments. If it does we will send you a sales contract to sign. Then we will do all the work to get the transaction closed. You will sign a few forms to finish up, and you will receive the money for the land.

How long will it take to get an offer?
We are usually able to make an offer on your land very quickly, usually within 24-48 business hours of receiving your information!

How long does it take to get my money?
A typical transaction takes a 3-4 weeks to make sure all the requirements of a legal sale are met. You will be able to chose the closing date for your convenience. In some cases we can close in as few as seven days!

If I get an offer from you, do I HAVE to sell my land to you?
Not at all! We will be happy to send you an offer with no obligation to sell. There’s no risk to get an offer from us, so why not contact us to see what we can pay you?

Does Quick Land Solutions charge any fees to buy my land?
NO! The offer price we agree on is the amount you will receive. You will pay no commissions or fees to sell your land to us. No closing costs, no inspection fees, no processing fees. You could save thousands by selling directly to us without using a real estate agent.

Will you buy my land if I am behind on my taxes?
Yes, in most cases we can pay the taxes and STILL send you a check! You can have the taxes paid, get some money for your land, and move on with your life.

Can you buy my land if it needs maintenance or repairs?
Yes, we can! We know that the thought of taking care of those things may weigh on your mind. Let us do that work! We can send you a check so you don’t have to maintain it, improve it, repair it, get it ready for showings, or deal with it ever again.

What if my land is not in need of maintenance or repairs? Do you buy land like that?
Yes, we like that kind of land, too.

What can I do with the money I receive from selling my land?
Use the funds to do anything you like. Here are some examples: pay the bills, go on a vacation, take care of an emergency, make a gift to a loved one, give to charity, buy a new car, improve your home, help pay for college, or buy that thing you never could get before!
